Currently, we are waiting on FEMA1 to make their decision on the Capped Improvement project. We should bel hearing back from FEMA ati the end of next month. After that, it: should be going out for bid by. June. It will take about ay year to complete the project Councilman Mullins - Water & Sewer d. Councilman Smith-E Emergency Management-notpresent All the pumps at the sewer plant are working properly Currently, we have 2 old pumps and 1 new pump inj place. We have 1 old pump and the new pump that are still in Houston being worked on. Currently we have been attending meetings for Grants, sO she is City Hall/Civic Center -1 the pre-bid meeting was today. The bids must be: submitted by March 3. Once the bids are submitted, Blueline will go through the bids, tally them accordingly to FEMA. Once the bids have been submitted, Blueline will send thet top 3 bids to the City. The Council will then decide which one they want to use for the project. Councilwoman Mitchell has stepped up and attended al lot oft the f.
