VILLAGE OF BRIARCLIFF Village Council Public Hearing Minutes July 31, 2024  Mayor Hostetler called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  The Mayor and Council did not discuss the rough draft of the proposed budget. The only change to the budget at this time is the Property Tax Rate of 0.0430.
