Randall spoke to council about extending contract on garbage pick up. He also wanted to raise rates $1.00 per month. Purpose of the increase was to pay Beaumont to dump at their dump site. That we sign a contract with Lumberton Sanitation for 18 months. .Monthly charge to be $4.50 per month with no pick up on Christmas Day if it falls on day Mayor read water reports thru January 1978.
