STATE OF TEXAS COUNTIES OF ARANSAS SAN PATRICIO AND NUECES CITY OF ARANSAS PASS  S $ $ 9  On this the 13th day of August, 2024, the Aransas Pass Municipal Development District (APMDD) convened in a Special Meeting being open to the public at the meeting place thereof in the Aransas Pass City Hall and notice of said meeting giving the time, place, date and subject hereof having been posted and prescribed by Chapter 551 of the Texas Govemment Code with  the following in attendance to wit constituting a quorum:  PRESENT:  Donald Volz, Director Terry Stansbery, Treasurer Karen Gayle, President Liz Dorris, Secretary Vincent Klus, Director Rene Thakor, Vice President Ramiro Gomez, Director  ABSENT:  CITYSTAFF: 1.  Jonathan Silva, Administrative Assistant  CALLMEETINGIOORDER.  Karen Gayle, President called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm and declared a quorum  was present.  2.  CONSIDER AND ACT ONAPPROVALOFI MINUTES.  Karen Gayle President, made a motion to approve the July 30+h, 2024, Meeting Minutes  and Tery Stansberry, Treasurer second. The minutes there approved. REVIEW_ANDDISCUSSCURRENTFINANCIALSTATEMENTS. Sandra Garcia Finance Director, presented financials to the board. CONSIDERANDACTS ONAPPROVALOFI INVOICES FORPAYMENT. Sandra Garcia Finance Director, reported to the board that there were three invoices while discussing financials. Invoices were approved with a motion made by Terry DISCUSS THEFISCAL YEAR2 2025 MINUCIPALDEVELOPMENTBOARDI BUDGET  3.  4.  Stansbery, seconded by Elizabeth Dorris, passing.  5.  Aransas Pass Municipal Development District  Page 1  Regular Meeting    Sandra Garcia Finance Director, presented the 2025 budget  to the board. Rene  Thakor, Vice President, made a motion to approve the budget Elizabeth Dorris,  Secretary seconded, and motion passed. UPDATEONICIMIC CENTER ACTIMITIES. civic center and community events.
