CONSENT AGENDA: A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens and, seconded by Commissioner Lujan to approve the following consent agenda item(s): (a) Payroll. (b) Bills over $500.00. (c) Claims against county. (d) Approve the following contracts for juvenile offender placement: i) Contraict and Agreement for Detention and Residential Placement between Winkler County and Lubbock County for the period of Seplemberl,2024 to August 31, 2025. which motion became an ordér of the Court upon the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan None Amotion was made by Commissioner Stevens seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve yearly subscription to Kologik/Copsyc for Winkler County Sheriff's office in the amount of $6,534.00 from budgeted funds; which motion became an order oft the Court upon the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan None A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve payment in the amount of $3,800.56 to Ervin Plumbing & Supply, Inc., for repair and replacement of water heater at Sheriff's office from budgeted funds; which motion became an order of the Court upon the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan None A motion was made by Commissioner Berzoza and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to approve purchase of a desk in the amount of $4,78266 for the Sheriff's office from budgeted funds; which motion became an order of the Court ypon the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan None A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve contract with Revver Co. for license agreement for.
