July, 2024, the Commissioners' Court of Winkler County, Texas, met in Regular Term of Court at the Courthouse in Kermit, Texas, with the  following members present to wit:  Charles M. Wolf Billy Stevens Robbie Wolf Victor Berzoza Homero Lujan Pam Greene  County Judge  Commissioner, Precinct No. 1 Commissioner, Precinct No. 2 Commissioner, Precinct No.3 Commissioner, Precinct No. 4 County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of Commissioners' Court  Constituting a quorum for Court, at which time the following among other  proceedings were had: Pledge of Allegiance. next agenda item.  At9:00o'clock. A.M. Judge Wolf called the meeting to order and lead the Judge Wolf asked at this time if there are any matters to be heard from the Public, with attendance in the audience, there being none the Court moves to Judge Wolf asked at this time if any Commissioner wanted Consent  Agenda item(s) moved to Discussion Agenda.  CONSENT AGENDA:  A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens and, seconded by  Commissioner Lujan to approve the following consent agenda item(s):  (a) Payroll. (b) Bills over $500.00. (c) Claims against county.  (d) Approve the following contracts for juvenile offender placement:  i)  Contraict and Agreement for Detention and Residential Placement between Winkler County and Lubbock County for the period of Seplemberl,2024 to August 31,  2025.  which motion became an ordér of the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None    Amotion was made by Commissioner Stevens seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve yearly subscription to Kologik/Copsyc for Winkler County Sheriff's office in the amount of $6,534.00 from budgeted funds; which motion  became an order oft the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve payment in the amount of $3,800.56 to Ervin Plumbing & Supply, Inc., for repair and replacement of water heater at Sheriff's office from budgeted funds; which motion became an order of the Court upon  the following vote: Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Berzoza and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to approve purchase of a desk in the amount of $4,78266 for the Sheriff's office from budgeted funds; which motion became an order of the  Court ypon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve contract with Revver Co. for license agreement for. Judge'srecord retention programi in the amount of$1,030.00 from budgeted funds; which motion became an order of the Court upon the following  vote: Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to approve payment to Vulcan Co. forr rocki in the amount of $4,002.89 from lateral road funds; which motion became an order of the Court  upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Stevens to approve Winkler County Library in Wink construction claims; which motion became an order of the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve Winkler County Meals on Wheels construction claims; which motion became an order of the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None    A motion was made by Commissioner Lujan and seconded by Commissioner Berzoza to approve CR313 construction claims; which motion  became an order of the Court ypon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  A motion was made by Commissioner Berzoza and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to receive Monthly Reports from County Officials of fees earned and collected for the month of June, 2024; which motion became and  order of the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  There are no line-item adjustments for the Court to consider at this time. A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to approve budget amendments; which motion became an  order of the Court upon the following vote:  Ayes: Noes:  Commissioners Stevens, Wolf, Berzoza and Lujan  None  At 9:50 A.M. the Court entered into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, "Consultation with Attorney"; Airport This Court reconvened at 9:52 A.M. with no action taken on matters A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens and seconded by Commissioner Lujan to adjourn this meeting at 9:53.
