Notices oft the meeting place were posted on as site readily accessible to the general public at all times. They remained posted for at least seventy-two hours preceding the scheduled time oft this meeting, in compliance with the Open Meetings Thel Hon. Jimenez Bailiff Rosamaria Fuentez- Administrator  Budget FY 2024-2 2025--The Commissioners discussed the 2024 Tax Rate Calculation Worksheet; Grant funds are on hold for being out ofc compliance with OCA CJIS reporting with a five-day time allotted once a case is finished. CJIS training October 29, 30, and 31; Emergency Management Linel Item 0256is $63,199.77; Venue $ 600.00- month contract for Visitor Center Nancy Henderson & possible the Librarian; Health & Pauper Line Item 0167 Adjourn Commissioner Serna motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, calling fora  Indigent $155,000.00  vote; all members answered "aye," and thei motion carried.
