Notices oft the meeting place were posted on as site readily accessible tot the general public at all times. They remained posted for at least seventy-twol hours preceding the scheduled time ofthis meeting, in compliance with the Open Meetings Thel Hon. Commissioner Garza seconded the motion, calling fora  linei item needed to be separated for the Jail and the County. vote; all members answered "aye," and the motion carried.
