Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, April 21, 2020 Meeting Minutes. Alli in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the accounts payable dated April 27, 2020, ini the amount of  $298,320.26. Allinfavor. Mrs. Cubbage updated the Board on the activities the Food Basket have been doing during tos support Fulton County residents and to meett the community's needs. She noted there ares still doing the Back Pack Program for eligible Fulton County Children. Shei is looking fors suggestions on as storage facility for stockpiles of food that! has al loading dock. The Commissioners will discuss and get back to her on that matter. The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR Administrator regarding personnel matters.  The Commissioners held al brief Retirement Board Meeting.  Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to appoint Carol Wright as the Privacy Officer for the PCHIPCS Self Insured Health Motion by Commissioner Bunch to appoint Lisa Mellott McConahy as the Security Officer for the PCHIPC Self The Commissioners met with Karen Hann McFadden, Director of Elections regarding the primary Election.
