Advisory Board- - June 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes REPORTS SCA: Case ManagementTreatmentPrevention Updates: F Recovery Center update- The Center continues tol be open three days a week from 1:00-7:00pm and membership has grown to over 50: individuals. The Center now offers weekly meetings including Refuge Recovery, Moms in Recovery, Faces of] Recovery, and All Recovery. The Center also continues to offer heART for Sobriety every Friday afternoon consisting of a variety ofarts/crafts and The Center hosted al Memorial Day picnic for individuals in recovery along with their family and/or friends. State Updates: None Financial Report Case Manager Report Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) Updates: Provider monitoring wrapped up at the end of May and all information was submitted tol DDAP We are ini the process of working on contracts for next fiscal year and we hope to have a list for Cory Achezinski reviewed the allocations and expenditures through May 31, 2024. Tracey Hendrix reviewed the statistics for the Monthly Assessment Services, the Information/Retera Services (IRS), and the Client Location graph for the month of May 2024. Lisa Gill gave an overview of upcoming Drug & Alcohol prevention events and trainings. She reviewed the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Prevention Service Data: including the Prevention/ntervention: Number of Services, Number ofIndividuals Served, and the Prevention Demographic Data for the month of] May. She provided a flyer for the Plugged into Mindfulness and announced that registration is open for the Butler County Summer Conference. Butler County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board - June 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes Prevention Report 2 PCCD Update Kristan Semmler reported there are nine (9) active participants in the DRC program. Two people are in long time rehab, one person is ini isi in al halfway house, two are in intensive outpatient, and two are in outpatient. There is one person with an active bench warrant who ran from treatment and one isi in jail pending al hearing. Drug Treatment Court Update Donna reported that there are currently twelve (12) people participating in the program. Four individuals are in outpatient treatment, there are two in al halfway house, two are ini inpatient, one isi in intensive outpatient. Three people are currently in jail, one is pending placement into inpatient treatment, and two are pending violation hearings and further order from the court. There are a couple referrals for the program. Three individuals graduated the end of May. Council Members' Concems/Comments/Amnouncements Providers' ConcemsyComments/Amnouncements There were none. Kenneth Clowes gave an update on. BC3's Hope is Dope programing. They are finishing their last two classes today, at] Foundations Medical Services and at the VA. There were 174 total participants in this program since January. He announced the next Hope Night, Karaoke and Ice Cream, will be held at the Recovery Center.
