Meeting oft the Fulton County Commissioners-T Tuesday, May 8, 2018 Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner McCray and Commissioner Lynch  8:30a a.m. att the Commissioners' Office  The Commissioners opened their meeting with prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance tot the Flag. Motion by Commissioner Lyncht to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, May 1, 20181 meeting. Allinf favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the Accounts Payable dated May 7,2018 int the amount of  $195,994.99. All int favor. ALL FUNDS  Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the Payroll dated May 11, 2018 in the amount of $116,336.96. Allin  favor.  The Commissioners met with Karen Hann McFadden to discuss Election Matters.  Motion by Commissioner McCray to appoint thei following to the 2018 Flag Committee: Mike DeShong-Ayr Townsmp/McCommelsburg Borough, Ray Miller-Belfast Township, Brett Remsburg-Bethel Township, Donald Fischer, Jr.-Brush Creek Township, Doug Brown-Dublin Township, Donald Eisaman-Licking Creek: Township, Clair Traxler-Taylor Township, Sharon Knable-Thompson Township, Dennis Hill-Todd Township, Ronnie' Trois-Union The Commissioners met with Ruth Strait regarding 9-1-1 Issues. Ity was requested several months ago to receive a current copy of the Standard Operating Procedures from Bedford County 9-1-1 center. To date, that has not been received so the Commissioners: along with Mrs. Strait contacted Dave Cubbison and Harry Corley via a conference call this morning requesting to have the Standard Operating Procedures by close of business today. The Standard Operating Procedures will be reviewed locally to see if we need an addendum to address Fulton County separately. Motion by Commissioner McCray to send al letter to the Townships at the Southern End of County regarding the  Township and Howard Barnett-Wells Township. All int favor.  recycling bins int their area. All in favor.  The Commissioners attended at tour at the Fulton County Medical Center.
