LANCASTER COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING MINNUTES  January 10, 2024  The monthly meeting of the Board of Assessment Appeals was held on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Conference Room on the 3rd: floor oft the  Lancaster County Offices located at 150 North Queen Street.  The following members were present: Richard G. Cornogg, Chairman Linford L. Good J. Scott Ulrich Craig. J. Haertter, Director of Assessment John' Tierney, Operations Manager Also present: Melvin E. Newcomer, Solicitor to the Board R. Barbara McQuaid, Recording Secretary Mr. Good and seconded by Mr. Ulrich. PROPERTYTAX EXEMPTION REQUESTS  The minutes oft the December 4, 2023 regular meeting ofthel Board were approved by  1/ODUM, MARYL. (Disabled Veteran, New)/ A motion was: made by Mr. Ulrich and seconded by Mr. Corogg to approve exemption for the property on General Sutter Avenue, located in Lititz Bourgh, parcel number 370-02203-0000. The exemption will be effective with the 2024 County and Municipal and 2024-2025 School tax years. /SONNIER,JEANP. (Disabled Veteran, New)!. The exemption will be effective beginning with the 2024 County and Municipal and 2024-2025 School 3/NEW: SCHOOL OF LANCASTER A: motion was made by Mr. Cornogg and seconded by Mr. Good to approve exemption for the property at 24North Lime Street,. located in the City ofLancaster, parcel number 332-01618-0-0000.
