Schriever explained that there are two accounts for the trust; an account that consists of actively managed dividend producing ETF's along with a downside protected ETF and an account that consists of two short duration treasury bills that mature monthly, consequently a new treasury eight week bill is purchased monthly- the purpose of this account is to always insure that money is available for potential applicants and the money is not correlated to the market. Schriever proposed that as each treasury bill matures that they be re-allocated.
