Wessel and Co., CPA Michael Lamb had al briefr meeting with the Commissioners and gave a Financial Motion by Commissioner Shives to appoint Frederick Marz toi fill the position of Stephanie Emrick Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve sending a Letter of Support to Comcast to support their plans to submit an application to the PA COVID-10 ARPA Broadband Infrastructure Program to  Flash Report ofthe Cash Accounts and General Fund through June of 2023. on the Library Board for at three year term ending on. All ini favor.    230  Chief Clerk Stacey Golden stated that in an email correspondence with Comcast Senior Manager Kristen Ritchey, it was confirmed that Comcast will be at least contributing a 35% match and that Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve a Purchase of Service Agreement between Fulton County Commissioners for Fulton County Services for Children and International Corporate' Training Commissioners spoke briefly via Zoom with Rachel Papuga, Project Manager for ABI, to discuss Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve sending al Letter of Support to support Upward Broadband with their application to PA Department of Community and Economic Development Authority's Capital Project Funds explaining their plan to include equipment to the Town Hill, Big Cove Tannery and Barnetts Run towers that are being built through the NTIA award, as well as Abrief Safety Committee meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. Separate minutes are on file. Commissioners discussed having an employee picnic and chose Friday, September 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The picnic willl be held on the courthouse lawn.
