VENANGO COUNIY DOAKD OF INSIECIOKS MEEIING  TUESDAY AUGUST 6, 2024  The monthly meeting of the Venango County Board of Inspectors met in room 100 at the Annex, Eric Foy, Sheriff called the meeting to order at12:08 Pm. The following were present  for the meeting.  BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Eric Foy, Sheriff Jeannie Ritchey, Treasurer President Judge Matt Kirkland Shawn White, District Attorney OTHERS ATTENDING: Adam Craig, Warden Bridey Shawgo, Chief Clerk Joab Orr, Deputy Warden  Julie Bullard, Director of Court Supervision Justin Wolfe, Director of Human Resources Kelly Holden, Domestic Relations Director Merle Geisley, Chief Deputy Sheriff Natalie Desko, Administrative Assistant Wesley Paxton, Chief Deputy Warden APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  Jeannie Ritchey made the motion to approve the minutes from the July, 2024 meeting.  Shawn White, District Attorney seconded the motion. Ayes all.  OLD BUSINESS:  There was no old business to bring forth.  NEW BUSINESS:  There was no new business to bring forth.  MONTHLY REPORTS: Personnel Agenda  The Personnel Agenda was presented by Justin Wolfe, Director of Human Resources, which was routine in nature. The prison is fully staffed for the time being. Jeannie Ritchey, Treasurer, made a motion to approve the Personnel Agenda, seconded by Shawn White,  District Attorney. Ayes all    Board of Inspectors Meeting August 4, 2024 Page #2  WARDEN'S REPORT:  Warden Adam Craig gave the warden's report. The inmate population 150 Females 43. The Jail Inspection was discussed, new tables were installed is good. Maintenance was discussed. 3 new policies were discussed Shawn White, District Attorney made the motion to approve the report as  Males look 107, were they really they approved by Jeannie  the solicitor & voted on by the board.  Ritchey, Treasurer seconded the motion. Ayes All.  given.
