After review by Ryan Miller, he stated the lowest bid, held by Swanson's Excavating and Fabricating was acceptable, as long as prevailing wages were being used. A motion made to accept this bid ifthe wages are correct by M. Fritz Lecker, second by Gregory J. Gebauer carried unanimously. 2. Bid Opening for CDGB FY2021 Johnsonburg Borough 2nd Ave. Parking Lot Project. After bid opening, Ryan Miller requested the acceptance of the bid be tabled until the next meeting. This contract will by funded by the supervision fee account. Derick Morey provided information. This will be a 1 year contract with a cost of$155 per month.
