MINUTES  The minutes oft the. June 26, 2024, meeting of the Housing Task. Force having been read, it was moved by Lyn Gotwalt ands seconded by. John Franek to approve thez minutes ofJune 26, 2024. Motion carried unanimously.  V. OLD. BUSINESS A. Request for Information  Faith reported thats shej forwarded to thel Department of1 Human Services the three proposed projects, Old Boalsburg Flats, The Fairweather. Lodge/Sirawberry, Fields and The Acres Project. The projects were looked upon) favorably with The Acres Project requiring additional clarification etc. prior to aj final The Out of the Cold project submitted additional documentation (hand-delivered to Mr. Franek immediately) prior to the beginning ofthe. July 17, 2024, meeting) that willl be provided to the teamj for future review and discussion. It appears this may be transitional housing which thel Department of Human Mr. Dershem made ai motion to recommend. approval for the Commissioners) for the Old Boalsburg Flats and The Fairweather.
