April 26, 2024 ELECTION BOARD MEETING A meeting of the Elk County Board of Election was held April 26, 2024 at 9:00. AM at the Elk County Courthouse Annex Building, Conference Room #2. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Election Board Chairperson, M. Fritz] Lecker, and members, Matthew Quesenberry and Gregory Gebauer, Kimberly S. Frey, Director of Elections/Voter Registrations, Sue Milliard, Deputy Director of Elections/Voter Registration. Approval of Agenda: Agenda for 04-26-2024 Meeting was presented. M. Fritz Lecker motioned to approve Agenda, Matthew Quesenberry seconded, MOTION PASSED Approval of Minutes from November 27, 2023 Motion to. Approve Minutes made by Matthew Quesenberry, seconded by M. Fritz Lecker, MOTION PASSED. Iti is to be noted that the current Statistical 2% Count: Statistical 2% equals to 81 votes to be audited. The Election Board inspects the Zero tapes, numbered list ofvoters, General Return Sheet, Result tapes and hand counts Election Day ballots for three precincts. Precincts to be audited are as follows: Board was not present or the Election Board for the 11-27-2023 meeting. 1. Highland - 34 total voters; M. Fritz Lecker reads Democratic ballots with Greg Gebauer tallying; Kim Frey reads Republican Ballots with M. FritzLecker tallying. 2. Millstone- 35 total voters; Sue Milliard reads both Democratic and Republican 3. Johnsonburg 1st - 761 total voters. M. Fritz Lecker reads Democratic ballots with Matthew Quesenberry tallying; Kim Frey tallies Republican ballots ballots with Greg Gebauer tallying. ProvyisionalMilitary Ballot Determination: 3 Provisional ballots were issued on Election Day for the following voters: 1. Roberta Dippold -] BALLOT WAS COUNTED 2. Matthew Wickett - BALLOT WAS COUNTED 3. Thomas Knouse - BALLOT WAS COUNTED We received 3: military ballots. All three were reproduced and counted. We have 1 military ballot to be returned no later than Tuesday April 30, 2024 to be counted. Next Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 1,2024 at 10:00 a.m. Motion to adjourn by M.
