November 27, 2023  ELECTION BOARD MEETING  A meeting of the Elk County Board ofE Election was held November 27, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Elk County Courthouse Annex Building, Conference Room #2. The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Election Board Members Chairperson Joseph Daghir, Pat Straub and James Abbey, Kimberly S. Frey, Director of Elections/Voter Registrations, Sue Milliard, Deputy Director of Elections/Voter Registration. Approval of Agenda: Agenda for 11-27-2023 Meeting was presented. It was noted that the Agenda required the following addition: IV. Approval ofr minutes. James Abbey motioned to Approval of Minutes from November 15, 2023: Motion to Approve Minutes as written was  approve revised Agenda, Pat Straub seconded, MOTION PASSED made by James Abbey, seconded by Pat Straub, MOTION PASSED  Tie Breakers as Follows:  Jones Twp Constable - 6 Year Term (each with 3 votes)  Rinker 2 Harry Market 3 Rober VanArx  Spring Creek Twp. Auditor - 6 Year Term (each with 2 votes)  2 Sally Lyle Dave McGhee  Spring Creek Twp Auditor - 4 Year Term (each with 1 vote)  Patrick Sheeley 5 Nicole Delhunty 10 Becky Pritt 8 Ann Kirkland 6 Pritt 7 Shirley Brooks 3 Gloria McGee 2 Mike Delhunty 4 Debbie Smith Rebecca Pritt  Spring Creek Twp Auditor - 2 Year Term (each with 1 vote)  4 Sally Gassbarre Sally Lyle 2 Patrick Sheeley 3 Nicole Delhunty    Good ofthe Order: Chairperson Joseph Daghir thanked Election Director Kim Frey and Deputy Election Director Sue Milliard for their hard work during the election.
