No program was scheduled for this meeting. Program REPORTS Director's Report SCA: Case Managemenl/reatmnt/Prevention Updates: a SRU: Institute for NomprofitLeadership: Recovering Life Initiatives update- The heART for Sobriety art/craft activities continue to be offered at SUCCEED each Friday The Impacting Together recovery advocacy group continues to meet on the 1stand 3rd Tuesday ofeach month. The meetings continue to be well attended by a core group ofindividuals in recovery. The group continues its focus on the development of ai recovery community We are hoping to host the 3rd sober New Year's Eve party at SUCCEED. from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. organization (RCO). R Recovery Center update- After several months ofe exploring potential sites for a recovery center, we are finally able to start now that we. have located and secured al building. As part ofal HealthChoices reinvestment plan, written for the purchase and start-up costs associated with ai recovery center, the Nonprofit Development Corporation (NDC) has purchased the building on our behalf. The property is the site of the former Grace Youth & Family Foundation located on Center Ave. NDC will provide the necessary renovation and fixes and they will maintain monthly & yearly maintenance on the The LETI kick-off event was held on November 1st, with Attorney General Michelle Henry. The LETI program empowers law enforcement officers as well as others to guide individuals who are suffering from addiction into treatment, rather than immediately diverting them into the The A.G.'soffice provided our county with posters and pamphlets to make available to the public as well as law enforcement. Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs DDAP) Updates: SCA 5-Year Treatment Plan Update- 2 Butler County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board - November 21, 2023 Meeting Minutes As mentioned last month, we received notification from DDAP in September requesting an update for year 2 of our Treatment Plan, encompassing the period of71/22-6/30/23. We submitted our year 2 update at the beginning ofl November. : Request for additional FY 2023-24 Funds- Last week we received correspondence from DDAP regarding the availability of additional funds for treatment, prevention, and treatment-related services. We are currently doing ai fiscal review and more than likely we will be submitting ai request for additional funds in early December. State Updates: N None Financial Report Case Manager Report Bill Kepple reviewed the allocations and expenditures through October 31, 2023. Tracey Hendrix reviewed the statistics for the Monthly Assessment Services, the Information/Referal Services (IRS), and the Client Location graph for the month of October 2023. Prevention Report Lisa Gill gave an overview of upcoming Drug &. Alcohol prevention events and trainings. She reviewed the Prevention Service Data: including the Prevention/ntervention: Number of Services, Number of Individuals Served, and the Prevention Demographic Data for the month of October 2023. Nominating Committee No Report PCCD Update Kristan Semmler reported there was one: individual that was unsuccessfully discharged to complete 12 to 24 months upstate. There are two individuals that will successfully graduate next week and will be discharged. There are eight (8) individuals in various levels of outpatient and onei is in al halfway house. Drug Treatment Court Update Donna reported that there are currently twelve (12)individuals participating in the program. There are eight individuals in outpatient, two individuals are: in inpatient, one individual is in a halfway house and one person is in intensive outpatient. There are no graduations at this time. There are three pending referrals.
