MARCH7,2018  275  MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES  The Millersville Borough Planning Commission Meeting was called to order by Michael Weidinger with the pledge to the flag followed with a moment of silence on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Borough Hall at 100 Municipal Drive,  Millersville Pennsylvania.  COMMITTEE MEMBERS  Michael J. Weidinger, Chairman Gary G. Hess, Secretary James A. Stager  Michael D. Walker, Vice Chairman  Lauren Hauck  OTHERS PRESENT  Laura Proctor, Lancaster County Planning Commission Michael Tuscan, Borough Code Enforcement & Zoning Officer  Brad Gotshall, Borough Manager ELECTION OF OFFICERS  1. Chairman Weidinger opened up the floor for nominations of Chairman, after indicating his intent to not seek re-election as Chair. Mr. Weidinger then placed the name of Lauren Hauck for consideration; receiving a second to the nomination by James Stager, the nomination of Mrs. Hauck as Chair was unanimous. 2. Mr. Weidinger then nominated Michael Walker for the position of Vice-Chair; receiving a second to the nomination by Gary Hess, the nomination of Mr. Walker 3. After receiving a unanimous voice nomination, Mr. Hess was re-elected to the  as Vice-Chair was unanimous. position of Secretary.  MINUTES  1.
