Minutes of the Meeting oft the Collegevile-Trappe Municipal Authority Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania May 28, 2024 Chairwoman Perlin called the Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on the above date at 7:00 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss, Mr. Schautz and Ms, Perlin, Mrs. Beckius were absent. Also present were attorneys Dave Onorato of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, and Briana Bryant of Kilkenny Law, LLC, the engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings. TREASURER'S REPORT: Mr. Strauss presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith, The beginning balance on the check register as of April 16, 2024, was $6,584.19 deposits were $169,577.30 and disbursements were $135,905.70, leaving an ending balance of $40,255.79 on May 24, 2024. Mrs. Mr. Strauss motioned to purchase a 6 month PLGIT CD: from the investment that matured on May 10th with a maturity value not to exceed $250,000, and to reinvest $250,000 from the investment that matured on May 17lh into a 12 month PLGIT Term product. Mr. Schautz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. McKinney seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Strauss reviewed the other financial reports which are also attached herewith. The Director presenled the Director's Report and is attached herewith, Mr. Onorato reported that he drafted the annual audit letter to Styer Associates. DIRECTOR'S REPORT: SOLICITORS REPORT: LPVRSA REPORT: running by the fall. Mr. Strauss reported that the School House Run repairs are complete and the LPVRSA plans to assume it as part of their conveyance system once all the videos are reviewed. The generator is expected to be up and Mrs, McKinney made a motion to approve the Business Reports, which was seconded by Mr, Schautz and the motion passed unanimously.
