Minutes of the Meeting of the Collegevlle-Trappe. Municipal Authority Trappe. Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania January 30,2024 Mrs. McKinney called the collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on the above date at' 7:00 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mrs. Beckius, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss and Mr. Schautz. Ms, Perlin was absent. Also present were attorneys James Gallagher of Kilkenny Law, LLC, and Dave Onorato of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, the engineer, Matt Boggs, ofEntech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings. The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Mr. Strauss motioned a slate of nominations as follows: Ms. Perlin for the position of Chairman, Mrs. McKinney for the position of Vice Chairman, Mr. Strauss for Treasurer, Mr. Farr for Assistant Treasurer, Mrs. Beckius for Secretary and Mr. Schautz for Assistant Secretary. Mr. Farr seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Mr, Strauss motioned the reappointment of Hladik, Onorato and Federman, LLC and Kilkenny Law as co-solicitors, and Entech Engineering, Inc, as the Engineer. Mrs. Beckius seconded and the motion passed unanimously, MINUTES: Mrs. Beckius made a motion to approve the December 20, 2023 minutes as presented. Mr. Schautz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC. INPUT: There was no public input. ENGINEER'S REPORT: Mr. Boggs presented the Engineer's Report to the committee and is attached herewith. There was no update for the Crossings at Creek Run (previously known as Trappe Village) project. The engineer reported that the contractor for the 2022 I & I Phase 4 Sewer Improvements project Mr. Boggs reported the Donny Brook Sewer Wall Repair project still needs wall staining and backfilling Mr. Boggs reported he has received land development plans for the Bronson Circle Development project The engineer reported he has received land development plans for 56-62 Seventh Ave Development anticipates mobilization in late February and completion in early May. oft the wall. TRLASURERS REPORT: Mr. Strauss presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as of December 20, 2023, was $200,645.86, deposits were $91,528.03 and disbursements were $245,015.21, leaving an ending balance of $47,156.68 on January 26, 2024, Mr. Strauss Page 1 of2 Collegeville Trappe Municipal Authority-N Meeting Minutes January 30, 2024 made a motion to approve check number 1379 through 1406, along with all EFTs and general journal entries Mr. Strauss motioned to approve the reinvestment oft the CD that matured on 01/04 into another CD with a term of 9 months in lieu of 12 months and the movement of the CD that matured on 12/20 into the Prime account in lieu of reinvesting as previous approved. Mrs. Beckius seconded and the motion passed After discussion of the fluctuating investment rates Mr. Farr motioned to allow Mr. Strauss to reinvest the next two maturing Term investments with PLGIT based on the rates at the time, not to exceed $250,000 and listed.
