Minutes of thel Meeting ofthe Callegewll-Tmappe.oint Public Works Department Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania March 26, 2024 Chairwoman McKinney called the Collgeville-Trappe Joint Public Works Department meeting to order on the above date at 7:121 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Ms. Perlin, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss and Mr. Schautz. Mrs. Beckius was absent. Also present were attorneys James Gallagher of Kilkenny Law, LLC, and Thomas Dyer of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, the engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings. The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. MINUTES: Mr. Strauss made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of) February 27, 2024, as presented. Mr. Schautz seconded the motion and itj passed unanimously. PUBLIC! INPUT: There was no public input. ENGINEERING REPORT: Mr. Boggs presented thel Engineer's Report to the committee and is attached herewith. There was: no update on thej potential interconnection with North Penn Water Authority. There was. no update on the Crossings at Creek Run project. There was no update on the Fugo Tract. There was no update on thel Bronson Circle Development project. The engineer reported he has just revised plans for the 56-62 Seventh Ave Development project and will be reviewing it in the next few days. TRLASURER'S REPORT: Mr. Farr presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as of February 27, 2024, was $180,586.86, deposits were $274,703.94 and disbursements were $289,381.91, leaving an ending balance of$165,908.89 on March 25, 2024. Mr. Schautz motioned to approve check numbers 1679 through 1671, all EFTs and journal entries, Ms. Perlin seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Farrreviewed the other financial reports which are attached herewith. DIRECTOR'S RCPORT: Mr. Hastings presented and reviewed the Director's Report to the Committee and is attached herewith, The Director reviewed the PFOS & PFOA results hej presented and answered members' questions. SOLICITOR'S REPORT: There were no solicitors' reports. Ms. Perlin made a motion to approve the Business Reports, which was seconded by Mr. Schautz and the motion passed unanimously.
