Minutes of the Meeting of the Colegeylle-Trappe MunicipalAuthority Trappe Borough Hall Trappe, Pennsylvania June 25,2024 Chairwoman Perlin called the Collegeville-Trappe Municipal Authority meeting to order on the above date at 7:00 PM. Members present were Mrs. McKinney, Mr. Farr, Mr. Strauss, Mr. Schautz, Mrs. Beckius and Ms. Perlin, Also present were attorneys Dave Onorato of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, and Kalie Melchior of Kilkenny Law, LLC, the engineer, Matt Boggs, of Entech Engineering and the Director, Joseph Hastings. The members stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, MINUTES: Mrs. McKinney made a motion to approve the May 28, 2024, minutes as presented. Mr. Farr seconded and the motion passed unanimously, PUBLICINPUT: There was no public input. ENGINECR'S REPORT: Mr. Boggs presented the Engineer's Report to the committee and is attached herewith, There was no update for the Castle Cove (previously known as Crossings at Creek Run) project. The engineer recommended approving the first payment application for the 2022 I& II Phase 4 Sewer Improvements project in the amount of $132,889.50. Mrs, McKinney motioned to approve the payment. Mr Mr. Boggs reported that the Donny Brook Sewer Wall Repair project is now in the warranty period. The engineer reported that revised plans for the Fugo project have been reviewed and a review letter was sent. Construction cost estimates have been received and hei is working on the agreements with the solicitor. Mr. Boggs reported that revised plans for the Bronson Circle Development project have been reviewed Schautz seconded and the motion passed unanimously, and ai review letter was sent. TREASURER'S REPORT: There was no update for the 56-62 Seventh Ave Development project. Mr. Strauss presented the Victory Bank's check register which is attached herewith. The beginning balance on the check register as of May 25, 2024, was $40,255.79 deposits were $258,126.55 and disbursements were $266,578.76, leaving an ending balance of$31,803.58 on June 24, 2024. Mr. Strauss made ar motion to approve check number 1510 through 1538, along with all EFTs and general journal entries listed. Mr, Strauss motioned to reinvest one of the two PLGIT Term investments that mature on June 26"h into a 240 day CD with a maturity value of a maximum $250,000 and move the other one into the Victory Money Market account; and to reinvest one ofthe three PLGIT Term investments that mature on July 1' into a 240 day Term product and deposit the other two into the Prime account.
