Once  again, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 01d Forge Borough meeting this evening. Tonight is June 6th. Before we get into our work session we're going to open up our meeting which was advertised for the awarding of the paving project. RUSSELL RINALDI: By Councilman  Hoover.  MR. FEBBO: I'17 second it. MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: Seconded by  Councilman Febbo. On the question? Public  input? Roll call, please.  MS. BARTOLETTI: Councilman Febbo?  MR. FEBBO: Yes.  MS. BARTOLETTI: Councilman Butler?  MR. BUTLER: Yes.  MS. BARTOLETTI: Councilman Hoover?  MR. HOOVER: Yes.  MS. BARTOLETTI: Councilman Rinaldi? MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: Yes.  Marylynn, we have three bids?  MS. BARTOLETTI: We have four. MR. LOPATKA: Actually five.  MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: One was thrown  out?  MR. BARTOLETTI: No one rang the  door bell, they just left it. So I think look at what we have. So the lowest bid came from Pennsy Supply. The base bid plus the two alternates came to $664,065.25.  The second is New Enterprise, and  their total, the base and the two alternates, was $726,173.75.  Number three was American Asphalt.  Their total is $777,777.  Number four was Wayco, and their  total is $829,968.  So Dave tabulated and  this is what he came up with for us, and our solicitor, who wasn't able to come tonight, reviewed all the bids and he finds everything in order and we are okay to  approve tonight.  MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: Okay.  MR. LOPATKA: So I did send Marylynn  a letter recommending Pennsy Supply, that the bid be awarded to them, but I also forwarded a copy to Pennsy sO they can get a  bond in place.  MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: Anything else  before we open up the motion?
