Monthly Meeting of Summerhill Borough Council MINUTES: May 14, 2024  Call to Order  The Regular monthly meeting for the month of MAY WAS NOT held due to lack of quorum. However, Council president Becky wanted it noted (for record) that at 7:02 it was announced that no meeting  would be held (for May) and the regular meeting would follow in June 2024.  Attendance  Council Present: President, Becky Templeton, Mayor Eric Miller, Joni Trovato, Matt Penatzer. Others present: Karmen Baumgardner, Tax Collector & Treasurer (& Electric Secretary), Janice Anderson Borough Secretary. Absent: Vice-President, Russell Jones, Brad Bodenschatz, Danielle Ritchey, Although no "official" meeting was held, Those that did attend listened to a presentation about solar panels. And per Becky, she and Joni would have an' "electric "sub committee meeting".
