MUNICIPALITY OF MONROEVILLE ALLEGHENY COUNTV,PENASYIVANA  RESOLUTION NO. 05-72  Al RESOLUTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OFI MONROEVILLE AUTHORIZING THE MERCANTILE TAX COLLECTION AGREEMENT FOR THE BOROUGH OF PITCAIRN  WHEREAS, the Municipality ofl Monroeville at the request ofthe Borough of Pitcairn has met, discussed, and developed the terms of collection for the mercantile tax  in the Borough ofPitcairn; and  WHEREAS, an agreement has been written outlining the terms and conditions of WHEREAS, this agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Monroeville WHEREAS, the Municipality of Monroeville is willing and able to collect the Mercantile Tax for Pitcairn with negligible impact on the Monroeville Tax Collection  mercantile tax collection for Pitcairn; and  Tax Collector; and  Service.  NOW, THEREFORE, BEI IT RESOLVED THAT the proper officials are authorized to execute and enter into the attached agreement for collection ofthe business  (mercantile) tax for the Borough of Pitcairn.
