There's a public sign-in sheet. If you signed in you'11 get a few minutes at the end to speak. If you didn't and you'd like to, just address us before the meeting is over. With that said, we still have the five minute rule in effect that we're going to give people to speak because past couple meetings not that we don't want to hear you. We're going to address your concerns, listen to your concerns. But it just seems that things keep getting talked over and over. So we're going to try and keep it at everyone gets five minutes. If by some chance you need a little bit more we're not going to say no, but we're going to try and run the meeting and keep it in order. HOOVER: Dave, I gave you that paving list. I sent everybody the paving list. As of today oil is $68 a barrel. It's the most it's ever been. Very expensive. I recommend that we put paving off until January or February, put it out to bid when contractors are ready to start the new season. Maybe oil will be a little cheaper by then. Give you time to -- a lot of streets. There's 14 streets. Some are pretty big. So we're going to have to make a decision on which ones to do out of the 13 or 14. Get that for us, Dave. That isn't going to do me any good because : it will help me when I'm coming down Main Street and I have to back in my driveway and nobody stopping behind me. That will help me for that. Otherwise, nobody can park there. Right? MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: If it's a no parking? Correct. MS. MONACELLI: Ever? MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: Yes. Is that what you requested? MS. MONACELLI: No. I want a handicap sign. That way when my family comes down for Sunday dinner, which I still have, there's someplace to park. First house on the right. Then when we have the fishermen. My family is going to walk from the bridge down to my house. MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: So what seems to be the problem? You didn't want : first you wanted no parking or you were misunderstood. MS. MONACELLI: I misunderstood, which I thought I asked for a handicapped. MR. RUSSELL RINALDI: So you have a problem with people parking by your driveway? You can't get out? You can't see? MS. MONACELLI: Right, but having those no parking, that won't -- it will help me get in, but that's about it. LISA MONACELLI: I need to show you what goes on. You cannot get in coming from Main Street. CHIEF DUBERNAS: Maybe I can go there tomorrow and meet with them. ATTY. RINALDI: I think it's a safety issue. They need some sort of access to the driveway. MR. PETTINATO: I just want to thank Chris for he gave me a call several days ago, gave me an update on the nuisance property. I just wanted to ask him where things were for the other neighbors who might not know. MR. HART: Like I spoke at last meeting and everything, there was a couple zoning violations. The owners of the garage are aware as well. But the letter was sent to the property owner. Where it stands right now I can't tell you. I didn't get any response back from him. They have 30 days, we're only at 21. Once we hit 30 days I'17 reach out. I have the information to reach out to the property owner and then we'1l go from there. MR. HART: That was all with the police. MR. PETTINATO: I want to just bring up something you can look at, too. There's a number of either quad batteries or car batteries out in the heat right next to where people would walk. If they can get that cleaned up. MR. HART: That was one day. MR. PETTINATO: I have a picture from August 9th and August 12th. MR. HART: I have a picture of one time. DEP actually contacted me. I contacted the owners of the garage, and they were in the process of :- MR. PETTINATO: There's still some out tonight. MR. HART: I'11 Took at it. MR. RUSSEL RINALDI: We'11 send him back up. MR. PETTINATO: And I want them to know nobody decided to pick on the former owner, nobody decided to pick on the kids. It's the blight, it's the quads. It was actually an old coal lease where the coal company leased to the individual the right to build a house on the property owned by the coal company. The coal company later sold the property to the Zupkos. However, the house still stands. So they want to squash that interest. So they notified Goetz, who longer wanted the property, and everybody in their chain of title, including the borough.
