Iti is allowing 40 gallons a minute; we are only permitted 28 gallons a minute. A restrictor should be installed. PUBLIC HEARING DON DORMER: Has concerns regarding potholes and damaged road areas. Council informed Mr. Dormer that O' Neals' has been procured to complete road damage. PAUL REICHART: Mr. Paul Reichart gave a small presentation on the early days of the SEWER 1. VRDI has arrived and willl bei installed. It must be programed by Martz or Co Stream. 2. Only one pump is running at this time. Martz and payments they received. 3. New sewer sump pump = received, installed and working. 4. Procure from Martz al break down of all the work they completed. Obtain a physical bill from WATER 1. Jeff Roan met with Rural Water and DEP. DEP offered to check for leaks at well and a hydrologists will read at ground level. DEP does not want to spend the money if they do not actually put the new welli in. 2. What would it cost for Stackhouse to drop pump in well? 3. An: 18 minute pump isi in the well now. test well drilling, etc. 5. Pa. Rural would not be cost effective. 4. DEP would be the less inexpensive. Funding has been offered through the PES program for the 6. Contact DEP regarding their expectations fori the installation oft the Out Flow Meter. The Borough should be able to use the new meter previously installed. 7.
