266 BOROUGH OF NEW EAGLE COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2020 New Eagle Borough Council met on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 int the Council Chambers, Municipal The meeting was called to order by Council President J. Fine, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Walters Borough Secretary Kimberly Koontz announced that Trick or Treat for New Eagle willl be on October 31st Minutes from the September 8, 2020 was presented to Council for approval. Motion to approve the minutes was made by B. Williams and seconded by T. Chaney.
