Casebar, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, roll 157 Main! Street, New Eagle. Pa 15067. call was taken by the Borough Secretary Kimberly Koontz. Present: A. Casebar, B. Williams, G. Tirpak Absent:. J.Fine, B. Boyd, Mayor C. Fine Others Present: Solicitor T. Berggren, Police Chief K. Harris Visitor Daniel Walters of 343 Center Avenue asked Council to please have the police patrols increased in Motion to approve the minutes from the October 1, 2019 meeting was made by A. Casebar and seconded by G. Tirpak. Motion was carried by unanimous call of the roll by the Secretary. Motion to approve bills int the amount of $90,519.28 (bill list A $79,693.94, bill list B $10,825.34) was made by B. Williams and seconded by A. Casebar. Motion was carried by unanimous call of the roll by J.Miller gave the report on the Public' Works Department, paving on Walnut Street is almost finished. Maple Ave from Center to Madison is finished being paved. Eight catch basins were repaired in the month of October. Weather permitting, they will continue with asphalt sealing. The proposed 2020 Budget was presented to Council. Real Estate millage was adjusted to 2.4 due to the Street lighting tax being lowered from .281 to. .18. There is no increase in taxes. The 2020 Minimum Municipal Obligation for the Pension Plan is $0. the area of Center Ave. Several people are not stopping at the stop sign. the Secretary.
