PUBLIC HEARING  John Roan-Voiced concerns regarding the continued noise coming from the property of Travis  Jenkins property. Mr. Roan has concerns regarding the time frame of the acceptance of the new Ordinance Revision regarding noise disturbance and  disorderly conduct.  MAINTENANCE  1. MOTION: Kevin Boyd moved, Raymond Reichart seconded to increase penalties Amending Ordinance No. 2, Section 31 from $5.00 to $50.00 for first offense, $100.00 for the second offense.
