PUBLIC HEARING Mr. Charles Mannen. presented concerns regarding the purchase of the Old Grain Mill property and what type of Businesses will be permitted to develop in that area. This land is considered part of the flood plain designated by FEMA.. Jeff Roan moved and Kevin Boyd seconded to contact Mr. Larry Frace to Mr. Paul Reichart offered an update on the continued work being done on the Old Train Station. Paul has been supplied with the necessary Permits needed to continue restorations on the building from COG. COG has, also, supplied Mr. Reichart with a schedule for the inspections. Paul is also preparing to install sewer ànd water lines.. Jim Tumolo has marked areas to be dug. Water lines will be installed by do Property Zoning in conjunction with COG. Motion Carried. Eastern Penn Supply and Joey O'Neil will install sewer lines. NEW BUSINESS Rick McGargle contacted Columbia County Redevelop Authority regarding the refurbishment of the Orangeville Borough Building making it Handi Cap accessible. The Borough Building was toured by the Authority accessing the areas that would need to be adjusted to meet Handi Cap standards. This work will be totally covered by a Grant designated specifically for this purpose. Concerns regarding speeding motorist in the alley adjacent to Ryon Reicharts' home. Jeff Roan moved that four (4) 4' speed bumps be purchased for the approximate cost of $120.75each. Neil Shultz Sewer/Water: Kevin Boyd expressed concerns of water readings being an inconsistent high and low reading. Have. Jim Tumolo dig fori the water flow meter to reservoir. At this time no residents have Hess Market: Ensure Contract with Pace to pull water samples from Hess Market for water testing. Determined average output for Hess Market should be 23,000. Gallons. OLD BUSINESS Letters were sent to individuals on Pine Street on August 2, 2023 requiring those home owners to remove debris and vehicles from their property.
