Fine, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll call was taken by Borough Secretary K. Koontz read correspondence from the New Eagle Volunteer Fire Dept. They would like the Borough to consider leasing or let the Fire Department buy the property next to the Social Hall on Chess St. It had previously been a playground and al basketball court. They would like to use this property fora a parking lot for the members oft the Fire Dept. T. Chaney and S. Bobnar would like to look into as study that was previously done on the property. S. Bobnar would like itt tabled for a few months until we locate the feasibility study that was done in previous years. No further discussion, it was tabled until the K. Koontz informed Council that T. Chaney, S. Bobnar and herself became NIMS-100 and NIMS-700 Motion was made by B. Williams and seconded by T. Chaney to approve the minutes from the previous Motion was made by D.
