APPROVAL OF MINUTES Gwen Dellett Motion passed. TREASURER'S REPORT the Aug. 21st meeting. COMMITTEE REPORTS  Jeff Rager made a motion to approve the Aug. 20, 2018 minutes. Seconded by  Acceptance of) July's report and a motion to pay current bills were okayed at    BUILDINGS, GROUNDS & EQUIPMENT - Ron Gyure, Chair; Kristen' Teeter, Second  None at this meeting  STREETS & DRAINS - Chuck O'Shell, Chair; Jeff Rager, Second  Paving to start Friday, Aug. 30th, Tar & Chipping to start next Wed. Sept. 5th. Jeff Rager willl have Smithley Construction return to scope the drain again on Jim is proceeding with the Underpass drainage, etc. with Penn Dotetc. Solicitor, Jeff Miller, is) proceeding with revisions for submission to EADS. ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE- Kay Mayer, Chair; Jeff Rager, Second  Furnace Lane.  GRANTS & FUNDING- Gwen Dellett. Chair  SOLICITOR'S REPORT- MAYOR'S REPORT OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS abstain-Ron Gyure. Following much discussion:  Kristen Teeter made ai motion to raise pay - 10% for Mark Watt, Mary Strucaly, & Ron Gyure effective Sept 1, 2018. Chuck O'Shell seconded. Motion passed with one  Gwen Dellett madea a motion to allow' "Support our Six Foundation" to use the Borough of New Florence's name in marketing materials and soliciting funds for the training and certification ofa Police Canine contingent upon approval of the materials prior to dissemination. Kristen Teeter Seconded. Roll taken. Motion  passed.  Bolivar's Police Agreement will be discussed at Sept. meeting.  EXECUTIVE    ADJOURN  Meeting was adjourned
