The meeting was called to order by Council President! J. Fine, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Borough Secretary K. Koontz took roll call, there being a quorum present the meeting was call to order.  Others Present: Solicitor T. Berggren, Mayor C. Fine, Police Chief K. Harris Visitors:. Josh Tonecha owner of 125 Main Street apartment building  Minutes from the previous meeting was presented to Council for approval. Motion was made by B. Sherry and seconded Bills int the amount of $29,005.15 (Bill list A $21,000.03, Bill list B $8,005.12) was presented to Council for approval. Motion was made by T. Chaney and seconded by B. Sherry. Motion was carried by unanimous call oft the roll byt the D. Walters reported on the Public' Works Department for1 the month of November. Paving on Marion and Birch has been completed. Christmas lights were installed. All trucks in thet fleet had new tires put on with the exception of the F550 that is out for repair. A temporary curb was installed on 2nd and Hill Street duet to water runoff; this will be finished in Unfinished Business: Motion to award the refuse contract to' Westmoreland County Landfill for a period of 6 years subject to final review by Solicitor T.
