A deep catch basin at 1st Avenue and Marion is being replaced due to a water runoff issue at 1st and Marion. A drainage project T.C Chaney reported on Borough Property. She is working on funding through the DCNR and the American Rescue Plan Act for various projects that would be available to the Borough.
