274  THE BOROUGH OF NEW EAGLE 157 MAIN STREET NEW EAGLE, PA 15067  New Eagle Borough Council met on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the New Borough Municipal Building, The meeting was called to order by Council President. J. Fine, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll call was taken by Kimberly Koontz, Borough Secretary, there being a quorum present the meeting  157 Main Street, New Eagle PA 15067.  was called to order.  Present:J J. Fine, S. Bobnar, B. Williams, D. Walters, T. Chaney Others Present: Solicitor T. Berggren, Police Chief K. Harris  Absent: Mayor C. Fine  Minutes from the. January 12, 2021 meeting was presented to Council for approval. Motion to approve the minutes was made by B. Williams and seconded by D. Walters. Motion was carried by unanimous Motion to approve bills in the amount of $32,253.14 (Billl list A $29,173.55, Bill list B $6079.59) was presented to Council for approval. Motion was made by B. Williams and seconded by S. Bobnar. Motion S. Bobnar reported on the Public Works Department report for. January. Maintenance and repairs were done in house on the fleet vehicles, including pressure washing and greasing. The 2008 dump interior floor was removed due to the driver's side having holes ini the rubber floor. The 2016 Ford 550 was taken to C. Harper for multiple defects in thet fuel management, they were repaired and covered under the vehicle warranty. The El Grande inlet repair project has been postponed due weather conditions. Borough Secretary Kimberly Koontz reported that the Amusement Device Permits willl be going out in the month of March. There were no building or demolition permits issued for the month of January. Motion to extend the Agreement for Refuse Collection and Disposal in the Borough of New Eagle with Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill, LLC and County Hauling for the 2021 calendar year as provided fori in    275  Article 27 oft their agreement with the Borough. The Borough secretaryi isi instructed toi formally notify Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill, LLC of the Council's action. Motion was made by T. Chaney and seconded by S. Bobnar. Motion to approve Kiester Clean for cleaning services provided to the Borough Building for once-a-week cleaning service ini the amount of $160.00 per month. Motion was made by T. Chaney to approve Insight Pipe Contracting, LLCto proceed with thei inspection of the storm water line on Main Street-Rt.88 with the price not to exceed New Business: Motion was made by T.
