June 9, 2020, Council meti in executive session to discuss possible litigation. New Eagle Borough Council met on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building 157 Main Street, New Eagle, Pennsylvania 15067. The meeting was called to order by Council PresidentJ.F Fine, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll call was taken by Borough Secretary K. Koontz, there being a quorum present the meeting was called to order. Present: J. Fine, S. Bobnar, T. Chaney, B. Williams, D. Walters Others Present: Solicitor T. Berggren, Police Chief K. Harris Absent: Mayor C. Fine Visitor L. Martello inquired about installing a green house in the rear of his property at Sleepy Hollow Motors, 443 Main Street. The green house is not going to be permanent structure. Mr. Martello was informed a building permit was not Minutes from the May 12, 2020 meeting was presented to Council for approval.
