She stated that they can remove those two streets from thej project and proceed advertising Action Steps: Council decided toj proceed with paving ofParkinson and Waverly Streets. Report: Terry Necciai, 4001 Meade Street, representing the Main Street program statedl hel has tentatively spoken to the Redevelopment Authority oft the possibility of something like a façade grant program that we can offer to al business owner to encourage the property owner toi fix the sidewalk. It would offer them a reimbursement ofa part of the: funding. This may take a year or sot toj put together. Chris Spahr announced that the new street sweeper should bel here this week.  Mr. Eckert stated that last movies at the Mounds was Friday.
