OLD BUSINESS Biennial Actuarial Valuation Report (AVR) as ofJanuary 1, 2021 recommendations by the Borough's Actuary, Mockenhaupt Benefits Group, for the Police Pension Plan Ms. Voges explained the changes in the demographic and economic actuarial assumptions and their effects on the cost ofthep plan and asked Council to accept Mockenhaupt' S1 recommendations. However, Fountain Hill was acknowledged again as Tree City USA in 2020. Mayor Gifford stressed thei importance oft tree planting for the environment. The YMCA presented the final 2021 contract asking for an increase ofits management fee to $45,124.
