Before taking any of the accounts to sheriff's sales hei recommended to set a delinquent balance threshold. Ms. Jordan suggested to set up a Finance Committee meeting reviewing further action Mr. Berger stated that amendments to the zoning code do not need to go to the Zoning Committee.
