Mr. Gratz mentioned that the final treasury ruling that all awards below $10,000,000 may be treated as revenue replacement simplifying the reporting on the use of the funds. Mr. Gratz reported that once the sewer lateral and gas lines are restored, the Broadway curb and sidewalk project will be started. Mr. Zovko noted that donations can only be accepted when the 501(c)(3) application has been Mr. Zovko praised the spirit of the group (60 active members plus additional 130 interested members). Before taking any of the accounts to sheriff's sales hei recommended to set a delinquent balance threshold.    Ms. Jordan suggested to set up a Finance Committee meeting reviewing further action Mr. Berger stated that amendments to the zoning code do not need to go to the Zoning Committee.
