The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, and Carol Gale, Also in attendance were Borough Manager James Gehret; Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Dan Beyer of the EADS Group; and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes: A motion was made by! Mr. Fitch to accept the April 10, 2023 meeting minutes. The motion Engineer's Report: Mr. Beyer gave an update on the PENNVEST application for the Phase III project. was seconded by Mr. Burke. The motion passed unanimously. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing additional to report. Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the Authority Members for their review. Mr. Hicks had nothing additional to report. Public Comments and Petitions; There was no public comment. Unfinished Business: There was no unfinished business to be discussed. New Business: Resolution S-2023-05A - Approving a Capacity Assurance Statement for 400 Allegheny Street. Hollidaysburg, Blair County, PA. - Following some discussion, a motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve Resolution S-2023-05A - approving a capacity assurance statement for 400 Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg, Blair County, PA. The motion passed unanimously. Requests for Payment and Requisitions: Resolution S-2023-05B - Approving and authorizing payment of the following expenses and requisitions. Ar motion was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch to approve the following payments. HSA-05-08-2023 Page 1 of2 Executive Session: Chairman Nale announced that the Authority would adjourn the meeting and go into executive session to discuss ongoing litigation involving 514 Bella Street and 716 Pine Street.
