The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale and Ralph Miller. Also in attendance were Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Borough Manager Jim Gehret; Dan Beyer of the EADS Group; and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes: Amotion was made by Mr. Fitch to accept the June 13, 2022 meeting minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Burke, The motion passed unanimously. Engineer's Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing additional to add to the agenda. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing additional to add to the report provided in the agenda Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the Authority Members for their review. Mr. Hicks had nothing additional to add to his report. packet. Public Comments and Petitions: There was no public comment. Unfinished Business: There was no unfinished business to be discussed. New Business: Resolution S-2022-07A - Approving-Denying a Request for 806 Union Street to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount Based on the investigation performed by the staff, a motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve Resolution S-2022-07A for a credit for sewer charges in the amount of $525.24 for 806 Union Street. The motion passed Resolution S-2022-07B - Approving-Denying. a Request for 104 Manor Court to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount Based on the investigation performed by the staff, a motion was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Ms. Gale to deny Resolution S-2022-07B for a credit to Resolution S-2022-07C - Approving-Denying a Request for 411 Bedford Street to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount - Based on the investigation performed by the staff, a motion was made by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. Fitch to approve Resolution S-2022-07C unanimously. the sewer charges 104 Manor Court. The motion passed unanimously. HSA-7-11-2022 Page 1of2 for a credit for sewer charges in the amount of $89.64 for 411 Bedford Street. The motion passed Resolution S-2022-07D - Approving-Denying a Request for 141 Bedford Street to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount - Based on the investigation performed by the staff, a motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to deny Resolution S-2022-07D for a credit to the sewer charges 141 Bedford Street. The motion passed unanimously. Resolution S-2022-07E - Resolution Approving a Capacity Assurance Statement for the Frederick C. Brenner Property Subdivision Project located at 827 Brush Mountain Road in Frankstown Township, Blair County Staff determined that sufficient capacity exists to accept additional flow and no exception is taken to the approval of a conveyance and treatment capacity assurance letter by the Authority. A motion was made by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve Resolution S-2022-07D to issue a capacity assurance statement for the Frederick C. Brenner Property Subdivision Project located at 827 Brush Mountain Road in Frankstown Township, Blair County, PA. The motion passed unanimously. unanimously.
