A  Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority 401 BlairStreet,Holudayeburg,Penasylvanla16848 814/695-7543  HOLLIDAYSBURG SEWER AUTHORITY MEETING BOROUGH COUNCIL CHAMBERS JUNE 12, 2023 AT 5PM  The Sewer Authority Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Chairman Regis Nale, who presided. The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, and Carol Gale, Also in attendance were Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Dan Beyer of the EADS Group;  and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Minutes: Amotion was made by Mr. Burke to accept the May 8, 2023 meeting minutes. The motion  was seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously. Engineer's Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing to report. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret was not in attendance.  Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the  Authority Members for their review. Mr. Hicks had nothing additional to report. Public Comments and Petitions: There was no public comment. Unfinished Business: There was no unfinished business to be discussed. New Business: There was no new business to be discussed.  Requests for Payment and Requisitions:  Resolution S-2023-06A - Approving and authorizing payment of the following expenses and requisitions. Ar motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve the following payments. Executive Session: There was no executive session.  Correspondence: Any correspondence was included with the agenda for the Authority's review.  Additional Discussion: There was an update given on the Wayne Street project.
