A  Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority oBa:Snadlalilyhwgagyimaaisols 814/695-7548  HOLLIDAYSBURG SEWER AUTHORITY MEETING BOROUGH COUNCIL CHAMBERS JULY 10, 2023 AT 5PM  The Sewer Authority Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm by Chairman Regis Nale, who presided. The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, and Carol Gale. Also in attendance were Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Borough Manager James Gehret;  and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Minutes: A motion was made by Mr. Fitch to accept the June 12, 2023 meeting minutes. The motion  was seconded by Ms. Gale. The motion passed unanimously. Engineer's Report: Mr. Beyer was not in attendance. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret had nothing to add to the agenda.  Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the Authority Members for their review. Mr. Hicks noted that the PENNVEST funding decision is scheduled  to be announced next week.  Public Comments and Petitions: There was no public comment. Unfinished Business: There was no unfinished business to be discussed. New Business: There was no new business to be discussed.  Requests for Payment and Requisitions:  Resolution S-2023-07A - Approving and authorizing payment of the following expenses and requisitions. AI motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve the following payments.  Hollidaysburg Area Sewer. Executive Session: There was no executive session.  Correspondence: Any correspondence. was included with the agenda for the Authority's review.  Additional Discussion: There was an update given on the Wayne Street project.
