The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, and Carol Gale. Also in attendance were Borough Manager James Gehret; Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Dan Beyer of The EADS Group; and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes: A motion was made by Mr. Burke to accept the February 13, 2023 meeting minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously. Engineer's Report: Mr. Beyer had nothing additional to report. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret reported that the audit was complete and a financial report would be Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the provided next month. New Business: Resolution S-2023-3A - Resolution Authorizing the Submission of a Financial Assistance Application Package to the Pennsyivania Infrastructure Authnonly/PENNVESD for the Construction of the Phase H Sanitary Sewer Separation and Improvements Project and Authorizing the Appropriate Officers of the Authority to Execute AIL Certifications and Documents Required for the Application on Behalf of the Authority. Following some discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Ms. Gale to Resolution S-2023-3B - A Resolution Approving and Authorizing a Project on Wayne Street Near Allegheny Street to Separate a Combined Stormwater and Sanitary Sewer System. Following some discussion, a motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve Resolution Resolution S-2023-3C - AJ Resolution Approving/Denying. a Request for 419 Union Street to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount - Following some discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Fitch to approve Resolution S-2023-3C- approving approve Resolution S-2023-3A as presented.
