The following authority members were present - James Burke, James Fitch, Carol Gale and Ralph Miller. Also in attendance were Frank Hicks, Jr., Director of Wastewater Operations; Borough Manager Jim Gehret; and Jessica Oswald, Recording Secretary. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes: AI motion was made by Mr. Miller to accept the March 14, 2022 meeting minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fitch. The motion passed unanimously. Engineer's Report: There was nothing to report. Treasurer's Report: Mr. Gehret noted that the mailed water and sewer bills will look different for a few Management Report: The manager's report was outlined in the agenda packet provided to the Authority Members for their review. Mr. Hicks noted the article provided to the Authority for their information. An update was given on the status of the properties left to be brought into compliance in months until the regular materials come ini from the supplier. the Phasel land II project areas. Public Comments and Petitions: There was no public comment. Unfinished Business: There was no unfinished business to be discussed. New Business: Resolution S-2022-04A - Resolution Approving-Denying a Request for 421 Wayne Street to Deduct Sewer Charges for Sewer Usage in Excess of the Normal Amount - Staff reviewed the request and determined that the excess water used at the property did enter into the sewer system and was treated. Following some discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Fitch and seconded by Ms. Gale to deny the Resolution S-2022-04B - A Resolution Approving. a Treatment Capacity Assurance Statement for the Hummingbird Daycare Facility, Blair Township. Blair County PA - The project was reviewed by the staff and it was determined that sufficient capacity exists to accept the additional flow. Following some discussion, a motion was made by Mr. Burke and seconded by Mr. Miller to approve the treatment capacity assurance statement for the Hummingbird Daycare Facility, Blair Township, Blair County, PA. request for a credit. HSA-4-11-2022 Page 1of2 Resolution S-2022-04C - A Resolution Approving the Engineering Services Agreement between the EADS Group and the Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority for Engineering Services for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project: Phase III - Following some discussion, a motion was made by Ms. Gale and seconded by Mr. Burke to approve Resolution S-2022-04C to approve the agreement between the EADS Group and the Hollidaysburg Sewer Authority for engineering services for Phase IlI of the Sanitary Sewer improvements Project. The motion passed unanimously. Requests for Payment and Requisitions: Resolution S-2022-4D - Approving and authorizing payment of the following expenses and requisitions.
