Mr. Brad Youst of Hanover Engineering has reviewed, marked-up, and signed the  application and recommends payment in the above amount. Black Dog Partners -1336 Russell Ave - Hosey property - Extension for Land Use Application until the end of August 2021  Approve $500 bonuses to all life guards - breaking it up: in $100 upfront and the remaining $400 at the end oft the season after the lifeguard completed 180: hours.  Update from the YMCA (Vanessa Rex) as of6/14/2021:  2Pool Managers have completed paperwork and are: ready to work 5life guards have taken the course: 4 life guards passed the course, the 5th still  needs to be certified    Ofthe 51 life guards only 1 completed the paperwork (i.e. prerequisite to work)  10.
