ANDOTHER TAXATIONFOR BOROUGH PURPOSES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Borough of Fountain Hill, Lehigh THAT ai tax be and the same is hereby levied on all real property within Fountain Hill Borough subject to FOR FY 2020. County, Pennsylvania: taxation for the fiscal year 2020 as follows: SECTION 1. Tax rate: for general purposes, the sum of9.13 mills on each dollar ofa assessed valuation, or SECTION2. Tax rate for thel Fire Department, the sum of0.08: mills on each dollar of assessed valuation, SECTION3. If any provision, sentence, clause, phrase, section or part thereofshall!: fora any reason) bei found unconstitutional, illegal, ori invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality, ori invalidity shall not affect ori impair any oft thei remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, sections, or parts thereof, but the same shall remain in effect. It is hereby declared to be the intent of thel Borough that this Ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any part included herein. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S REPORT The annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony willl be! held on 12/8/2019 starting at 4PM at Cherokee St. across from the Fire Department, and the Fire Department is again selling Christmas Trees at the Stanley Avenue pool site. The motion was seconded by Ms. Jordan and passed unanimously. E. Fire (Trabel, Ferencin, Halleman) Mr. Trabel announced that the Santa Run will be held on December 21, 2019. For information contact Dave Boehrer at the Fire Department. F. Recreation G. Health & Sanitation (Ferencin, Atkinson, Blatt) None.
